Shud it not start from a positive value and reach max at the NA parabolically?

SIR, FOR THE SECTION WITH ONE AXIS SYMMETRY, EXAMPLE C - SECTION, SHEAR CENTER LIES AT OUTSIDE THE CHANNEL ( AS YOU HAVE SAID IN 3:54) BUT PRACTICALLY HOW CAN WE APPLY LOAD AT THAT POINT TO AVOID TWISTING ???? SHOULD WE APPLY THE PLANE OF LOADING COINCIDING WITH SHEAR CENTER ??? CAN YOU A MAKE PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO OVER IT
