Monday Night Tropical Update: TD 15, Invest 99L and two other waves

Please don't let the Tropical Outlook maps scare you. It's no surprise we are monitoring several disturbances capable of development. It would be odd on the last day of August if we weren't!

Newly designated TD 15 off the East Coast and Invest 99L in the Caribbean are both looking better organized. Neither pose a threat to the Gulf of Mexico nor do we see any imminent threats to the Gulf for the next week plus.
