This video demonstrates the firing interval of a 4 stroke single cylinder engine. The firing order of this engine is 1.

A 4 stroke single cylinder engine fires once every two revolutions of the engine or every four "strokes"

This is the firing interval of every 4 stroke single cylinder engine.

"The first cylinder fires, then 720 degrees later, the first cylinder fires."

i think the description should be: This video demonstrates the firing interval of a *4* stroke single cylinder engine. The firing order of this engine is 1.

Before you decide to do v10s, v12s, and other stuff, you should do inline 7 and inline 9 because I have an experiment for you to test out. So, according to music theory:
1, 2, 4, 8, 16 cylinder engines produce a 12 semitone sound interval (one octave). 3, 6, 12 cylinders produce a 19 semitone interval (perfect 12th). 5, 10 cylinders produce a 16 semitone interval (major 10th). 7, 14 cylinders = 22 semitones (minor 14th). 9, 18 cylinders = 14 semitones (major 9th). 11, 22 cylinders = 17 semitones (perfect 11th). 13, 26 cylinders = 20 semitones (minor 13th). These are all the possible unique engine sounds before they start repeating (to my knowledge anyway). So this means 9, 18 cylinders will have the deepest tone, 7, 14 the highest, and so on. Your set up can prove this theory so look into it if you can. Good work btw.

Put it in x2.0 speed for a 2 stroke 1 cylinder.

That's why it's particular and explosive sound at high revs. I got a KTM RC390 motorcycle 375cc single cylinder. Nice videos, I just discovered them. Thanks.

Sounds like my drz400sm! My bike has a yoshi full system though, so imagine this through a distortion filter and maybe a delay effect for the little pops on deceleration.

Comparing this to the two stroke one, the sound selection really made the quality. You nailed the low grunt contrast to the high squeal.

this actually helped me figure out the idle speed of my bike (doesnt have tachometer), thanks

I would like to see a two stroke single cilinder engine. Can you do it?

Makes be appreciate the fact that I have installed pistons in thumpers. They move so fast and the fact it didn't blow up considering I built it, AMAZING

This sounds similar to a mini bike I used to own. The idle sounded little bit faster though!
