What I love best about these meetings (as a Birds fan) is Eagles' laser-intense focus on verbally smacking down Cowboys no. Matter. What.
Yeah, Eagles is alternately dismissive and indifferent to Giants, and he definitely doesn't take Giants seriously. At all.
Eagles-Commies relationship is getting more and more disrespectful between each other.
But when it comes down to Cowboys...there's zero sugar-coating the mutual contempt and dislike. And Eagles THRIVES on it.
He'd verbally smack down Cowboys even if the latter went 0-16. Eagles would absolutely revel in Cowboys' misery and disillusionment.
Eagles-Cowboys is a zero-sum approach. If one wins, the other MUST lose.
Eagles is determined to make Cowboys lose every. Single. Time. And vice-versa.
This entire season has been front-and-center between Eagles and Cowboys just trash-talking each other.
It's as if Commies and Giants are an afterthought.
And I've loved every single moment of it!!!
