Parenthood - Lauren Graham and Jason Ritter On Sarah's Choice

"Parenthood" stars Lauren Graham and Jason Ritter share their thoughts at PaleyFest 2013 about the fate of the relationship between Sarah and Mark. Is this the end?

Hey I got here because I just finished the entire Parenthood series from Seasons 1-6. I always felt and it was the thing left unsaid between Sarah and Mark, that Sarah might never bear a kid again, she was beyond that age, maybe. Also when her daughter becomes a mother she will be a grandmother and Mark will just be a step father since Amber isn't his biological child!! These things might be mattering for men who like kids and want some of their own, I thought!!
Anyways, I loved Parenthood!! I especially loved how the show dealt with the story of Max's struggle in this not so kind World. I Wish they made such TV series close to real life in today's date and times!!

I think it's really sweet as I go back and watch these clips all these years later how choked up Jason got talking about ending his time. Maybe it's all a act but Lauren, Peter, etc and the whole lot of them all seem like good people irl so I'm betting cutting his losses sucked for Jason. Been through a lot as young as he is.

I always thought Lauren and Jared had great chemistry in GG, so that would've been a good choice

Mark was too fragile for Sarah, she needed the maturity and experience of Hank.

I love Jason Ritter, but in my opinion Sarah chose the right guy in the end. Sarah and Hank just fit. I had always thought Mark would've been better with Amber. Of course after she was done with high school. But, either way I loved the series finale, it was perfect.

WHOA WHOA WHOA I came here for an innocent interview with the cast of one of my new favorite tv shows, parenthood, which I've only watched 2 1/2 seasons of. little did I know, there would be a spoiler. a big huge fuckin spoiler. I can't un hear it. I know stuff that I'm not supposed to know. ahh I can't believe it.

I have nothing to do with acting or TV or anything, but I have to wonder how tied up in their character's ego do actor's get?  There are stories how they talk about how their character would do this or that or not ... and I am sure they have to like different people on the set more or less like any of us at work, so what happens when they have to be in a TV relationship with someone they do not really like, or are they much smarter and better people than any of us and let their prohfessionalism override all of that?

Interesting panel ... really love this show.

I really like this show and so glad it's on Netflix. But I began to hate Sarah Braverman in Season 4 when she got over Mark so quickly. It's clear she was going to cheat on him when she went to LA. It only took an episode for her to get over her Ex-fiancé after breaking up and instantly sleeps with Hank. It was a serious letdown. She became my least favorite character after she did that without feeling any guilt. I can't stand Amber crying way too much in almost all her scenes throughout this series. Parenthood is a great show but Sarah and Amber are my least favorite from the show.

And parenthood actor who plays Christine laughs under her breath almost at Jason's emotions. Lol the comment about Jason dating down In age. Well except for the fact that they have a relationship on the side (her and Rays character and it is OBVIOUS that he skews old compared to Jason but it is always like about how gims feel replaced by young thang like guys never feel it too.
