Been a CO for two years, it's a tuff job. Your locked in dealing with the idiots no one else wants to deal with all day/night. You can be assualted at any point. Don't be too hard, don't be too soft. Do your job and go home.

The fact that she's wearing a smart watch inside the jail is mind blowing. Do that at my institution and you could get fired.

Dad was a c o. Loved his job. Said most of his Co workers were good .a few didn't belong in that kind of work. You get what you give he would say .

I think Ms. Snaza would be better suited as a mental heath professional of some sort rather than a CO or detention officer. She doesn't talk at all about security.

Women Correctional officers should work in a women's prison . They should not be in a Men's prison.
