Within you lived a country of mine,
But you remained unaware of it.

All these butterflies took birth from you.
Oh mysterious feminine, tell me which one is your country?

The desert land looks illusory,
and trees look just like children,

The belly of this river is wide,
And you, just like a young neem tree.

You haven't yet sung any pond in your sweet laari (dialect)
Wonder when will my barren soil become fertile within you?

Over many dunes covered in thick sand leading to Kaasbo (a region in Tharparker),
I have silently looked for your footprints everywhere.

Near Veera Wah that faces Saardhro,
From the land of Rooplo Kohli to Anchalasar and Choorio, I looked for you in all Kohli villages.

Oh girl as sacred as Gori Temple, tell me which one is your abode?

Ada Saif, you made children's day memorable. Poverty and sadness is utterly visible on their faces.
I was waiting for the wrinkles of smile on their faces and eventually you and the old man, who dances in the video, brought it. I got so emotional to see them passing through such hard lives.
