"Today it looks quaint, but that's because you're looking at it through the lense of every car it made possible" perfect quote

It's an iconic car that aged very well. Still better looking than most cars in 2022

OMG, the memories. My buddy bought one off of a retired couple. 1992 Acura NSX with the 5 speed Manual. It sat in their garage for 12 years. He handed him $25, 000 in cash because it only had 12, 000 miles on it. After two years of building it, it was a monster. Since he owned a machine shop, he built his own 90 mm turbo. He built his own titanium exhaust system. He even fabbed his own hubs so that he can tuck a 325 rear tire. Put some Lambo hinges on it and painted it in what looks like Vantablack with blacked out windows and did Tan English Leather on the Interior with double satin stitching. It was an absolutely gorgeous car. $25, 000 for the car and $50, 000 in upgrades. It was the fastest car I've ever driven. It would rocket to 100 mph in no time flat, it was like it never stopped accelerating. We took it to Sears Point in Sonoma and it was just easy to drive, superfast, responded amazingly under braking. This guy in the paddock walked up to him and offered him $450, 000 and he sold it right then an there. We got a rental car and drove home and my buddy was heartbroken. He made a ton of money but was sad to not be able to drive it ever again.

Honda really have shown some incredible feats of engineering in their cars and bikes over the years.

Fun fact: The maclaren F1 was going to be based on the porsche 911, until the NSX came out, then it became the inspiration.

As an owner of a 91 for over 17 years, I greatly appreciate the effort you put into this.

When I was in high school the NSX and Supra were a “reasonable” price at like $25k-$30k (09-12) and now they’re worth so much more now. Sad. I remember seeing NSXs often too in my area. Now I never see them anymore and that also makes me sad.

There’s an NSX parked outside someone’s house on my route to school every day. The first time I saw it I did a double take. A few days after I got my license and had began driving myself to school, I drove by the house, parked my car and and stared at the NSX for a solid 5 minutes. They’re absolute beauties and are rare gems around where I live.

"You have to imagine that in a few garages in Italy among prototype Ferraris and Lamborghinis an NA1 NSX sits under wraps. A stark reminder to those that make fast cars to never rest on their laurels." Man...you have such a *car beep* way with words!

Honda didn’t break Supercars, they fixed them.

This video literally brought tears to my eyes at the Senna part. The GOAT driver driving the GOAT car. What an absolute masterpiece the NSX is.

I'm not a car lover guy, I bought my first car at the age of 31, and I don't usually watch car videos on YouTube except F1 highlights because of my work, but you good sir, have made a very a video about a car that I've never heard before and made watch until end. You haven't just made a video, I can feel it behind the monitor that you've felt that story, you are in the story and you appreciate the story and the greatness. You got yourself a sub, mister

I looked at 2 Honda NSX back in 2010. Drove both of em. Like in your video stated, you'd be amazed about how easy the average person can drive the NSX. I came across one again in 2015, it was a customer's car. The Lady was well in her 60s. I asked her about what she liked about the Honda. Her reply was simply: "it felt good, was affordable as a fast car and never let her down."

I will never forget one night while I was driving, a decked out NSX followed by a Supra overtake me like I was parked. I was doing a decent 140kph. That is the only moment I felt happy being overtaken. I cannot wipe the my smile off my face for hours

The NSX looks amazing,
It is a great combination of elegance and sporty,
Even in 2022 looks modern.

the NSX and S2000 are of the same breed. The emotion they exude, the necks they break, the smiles they create. Incredible feats of engineering that got to point B in a revolutionary manner. I own both and unpopular opinion, I enjoy driving my 09 GPW S2k more than my 96 NSX.

This guy can tell a story about a car in a way that makes you feel proud of it like you built the damned thing yourself.

There will never be a time in my life where i won't notice an NSX passing by. I honestly can't think of a car i'd rather have. The new NSX is not the old NSX but it's a sign of the times where everything is a half a million dollars.
