I do not have the same options. When I attempt to create a checklist it makes me add rows and columns. if the options are in the rows, then the checkboxes are in the columns. I don't need multiple types of responses. I just need "is this applicable". Next, forms says the participant has to select ALL the rows. They can't just choose the relevant responses. the options available to me are: description, limit to one response per column, shuffle row order. All I want is a list of options participants can choose one or more, and not have to select all...

In my google form there is a question where the participants select topics that interest them. I have used the check box option. In that I have given an option of other, should the participant want to add their own topics. I am unable to get to write, in case I choose the " Others". yes, I can select the other option in check book, . How to write in that row?
