I have a piece of advantech that was used as a concrete form and is 14 years old and is outside and is still usable today for flooring, amazing!

Matt, when you say you use nails are they ring shank? And what spacing are you using on your engineered floor joists with the 1 and an 8th Advantec

I was curious why you wouldn't want to use screws when doing a sub floor, is there a benefit to using nails or is it just to save time?

You have great videos Matt.  Very informative.  I live in east Tennessee and im going to build a small house.  The land where the house will be, has a slope to it.  So half of my basement will be underground.  How would you recommend sealing the concrete block and what products would you use?  Thanks a lot.  Keep up the great work.

If I am adding plywood underlay on top of subfloors that’s 3/4 inch planks. Would you recommend using the foam to bond the plywood on subfloor planks

Im building a 10 by 8 shed for a small gym do you think 3/4 inch plywood would work if i spaced the joist 12 inches apart or should i just get 1-1/8 its gonna hold about 700 pounds

How would you use the DAP smart bond on existing flooring? More specifically existing flooring that squeaks. Is there a way to inject the foam in between the joist and the sub flooring to prevent squeaking? Has anyone tried using a vacuum on one side of the joist to pull the foam through the space between the joist and the subfloor?

The trusses that have wood flanges and steel web members are fine products, but incredibly difficult to repair.

Sounds like a lot of marketing which pays you so you don't have to build anything.
