When a criminal has LOST HIS RIGHT TO LIVE and a HIGH RISK to society, both inside, and outside prisons, what should the Courts/juries do? Make him a policeman?

Justice system is to be reformed, no adjournments ( execpt the unavoidable), and compulsory sitting and hearing, with deterring penalties and fines .

In earlier CBI investigations, ALL critical EVIDENCE was CLEANED UP. PROFESSIONAL
INVESTIGATORS do not allow this lack of evidence to jeopardize, or unnerve their FOCUS in offering lawful solutions and DELIVERY OF DUE PROCESS OF LAW

The changes have to be made INTERNALLY, and actors have a CHOICE, to be, or not to be.
EXTERNALITIES cannot make conspicuous differences

Justice system in SC is sadly dependent on few criminal lawyers called Sibal & Singvi on a dedicated mission to shield the criminals and the police are fit to help politicians to cover up the cases against them.

As you said the system of judiciary is slow since long time. So many interference like politics and late in producing the evidence. Maximum 6 months is enough to give punishment for the criminals.Speedy enquiry must be made.

The Hema Committee has not mentioned ANY NAMES. It is, basically, recommendary, and cannot be enforced in any Competent Court of Law.

It’s sad to see my hard earned money going to these lawyers defending the criminals in the name of democracy.
When these lawyers themselves know he is a criminal and just shrug off his moral by saying it’s my job

And saying file case against the police who r hearing to their inner self by saying “ udda do “

Have some shame Mr. Lawyer if that happens to your family will you still defend the criminal saying it’s my job

is it a new thing or subject man ?
entire judicial systems or justice delivery systems are totally ineffective !!
no improvement has been made, as such, only laws after laws have been enacted or amended!!! massive
inequality does not prevail only in socio economic contexts but also in judicial systems !!!
you can talk and talk but nothing will happen here !
cji will come and go, but " justice delayed, justice denied " syndrome will not go ! mind it roughly 4 cores cases are pending, as on date, no persons of judiciary is bothered !
one simple example
SSC or DA cases of bengal are still pending and top court is not bothered to settle the matter, even to day ! in SSC case, thousands of fraud teachers, recruited by tmc goons with money, are spoiling the career of children of bengal since last several yrs !!!!
but again who cares ???
