The lack of excitement during big plays is so disappointing...EA should REALLY focus on atmosphere more (dynamic weather would be nice also)

This games has been pathetic for the last 9 years. I wish EA didn’t own the rights to the NFL so 2k could make a badass NFL game... EA just doesn’t care. They know people will keep buying it regardless.

We deserve better than this....They really should have some kind of licensed presentation package. Imagine if they had CBS, Fox, Espn, and NBC. That would be so cool. Even if the announcers were the same it'd be cool.

I hate the running, track stars are getting caught by linemen and kickers. Unrealistic. It's like they have no freedom of movement like in 18.

So glad I waited on this review. They had me ready to drink the kool aid again this year. 18 was horrible, still can't believe they haven't improved presentation and the running game.

Madden needs competition to truly get better, until another company can start making an NFL game with fully licensed teams and stadiums madden will continue to be half assed imo.

Personally this years madden is to me one of the worst ones yet. Though the graphics have "improved" the lack in running and madden screwing you over when you're doing good lol will never change. Things like linemen avoiding the defender causing either a sack or lost of yards is annoying. Catching during tight coverage is pretty much gone in this game. If you're not completely open as in no one withing 5 yards, you're pretty much dropping it. The tackling is terrible. Overall very disappointed in EA once again in the mechanics.

Looks the same type of Garbage to me .. like if the CPU doesn't cheat for certain teams .. because I play online .. and online players should be on equal ground .. and not the CPU just pick a side or a team .. and just run Amuck All Over You !! .. and screw you over while the other team don't hardly make not mistakes at all .. but you can't catch a break .. because the CPU is playing against you .. and not the player .. because the CPU let's other teams get away with everything on Madden .. like for instance like .. you can't throw the ball correctly .. because the " Passing " is so Inaccurate .. and keeps throwing " Straight To The Defense " when you Receivers are " Wide Freaking Open " weather it's long or short passes .. that you need to move downfield .. and you try to hit the open Man .. the either drops .. or " Overthrown " the pass when it's long or short again .. and we need a better passing game playing online .. from players that are Champions of picking the ball off .. like they should change it to .. that if you are not in the vicinity of the pass .. like 5 yards away .. that you can't even touch the pass .. like has anyone watched " Any Given Sunday " ? .. when the Defense were jumping in the air for the ball .. and they couldn't even touch it .. because they were no where near the pass .. because I am sick and tired of .. throwing a long pass .. that my Receiver is 7 to 10 yards downfield .. and someone that just snatched the ball out of the air .. is not only fake but Ridiculously Crazy .. like the [ ON PS4 ] .. like the [ L1 ] button should be able to be used Precisely Aiming At YOUR " Receivers .. And Not The Defense .. like if you look at the Trajectory of the pass .. it seems that it's thrown at the Defense all the time .. and not at the Receivers .. like on Defense the Linebackers don't move .. and the Safeties and Linebackers are the Dumbest People on the field .. because they don't react to the ball or Player in his area .. .. Weather in Man or Coverage .. like it just watches TV while your RB .. TE WR's .. just run right past them unnoticed .. because some of the Defensive Players don't even watch them coming at them .. like sometimes on the run the Defense just turns and watch the RB go right past him " Untouched " .. making the defense looking " Cluelessly Crazy ".. like the game is Scripted and designed .. Synchronized to Cheat .. and the Blocking on the Run needs to change too .. like a Blocker needs to decide to hit his first .. or second Defender .. and make a precise decision instead of running away from the Defense right in front of him

I don't know about anyone else, but in Madden 18 i had already found myself using My acceleration carefully because in last year's game i felt that you had to wait a good second or 2 during run plays to click your acceleration

I just bought the game yesterday and already having problems. When you are on franchise and you make a defensive person you can't having a camera lock on him like madden 18

7.5 is a pretty low rating considering the fact that this is the best madden they've made in years the new movement system made the game more realistic and so is the running game. Players stats actually matter now at every position overall this madden has the highest skill gap and is fun to play maybe not so much for the offline players but the game is meant to be played online.

I was really hoping they would have fixed getting to hole as a running back problem. Your lineman literally blocks for a second and lets the defender go. Its frustrating
