The look of panic on her face around 0:13 when she must have realized that she can't speak clearly is priceless--although it's only funny in retrospect now that we know it wasn't a stroke or anything serious. :)

A KCBS spokesman released a statement that Branson was examined by paramedics on the scene immediately following the broadcast. “Her vital signs were normal, ” the statement said. “She was not hospitalized. As a precautionary measure, a colleague gave her a ride home, and she says she is feeling fine this morning.” In short...she just F'd up!

There is a legitimate condition known as Aphasia or "word salad" that can be acute "short term" or chronic "long term" in which a person does this sort of thing. There are many causes and in extreme cases the person cannot communicate at all, even through writing. It can be progressive, I'd be interested to know if the woman had complications later on.

@FidosWifey yeah i know, yeah at first its kind of funny but then to realize whats actually happening, and the poor look on her face, she was probably freaked out. i would be too.
