I enjoy what you did. Reminds me when one of my sons in his thirties joined with about 4 or 5 friends and they went to a Salvation Army store and shopped looking as if they had raided my Connecticut great-uncle's closet in Clearwater, FL, and not precisely a "costume" but real clothes from c. 1960's or 70's. They went to an evening halloween party in so calif as "Florida retirees, " - - for sure a white belt, some white shoes, pastel polyester slacks, sports jackets with some amount of color or plaid lines . . .it was hysterical! It spoke for itself!

I love non-costume Halloween looks, I have a whole collection and it’s so fun to wear more as it gets closer to the date!
