The arrogance is deafening. These people are showing their true colors. They honestly think that their ignorance and detest for guns makes them better and we, the "gun nuts" are below them.

Her sentiments about fearing that other people shooting sound legit at first, until you consider that most people who drive cars in the world do so on 2 lane roads with on-coming traffic and no center divider... So does she drive around in total mind numbing fear all the time, or does she have to trust that the other drivers wont kill her? Hmmmm

I was at a steakhouse and there was huge knives and I look and Other people also had knives, and I was overwhelmed with the thought that at any time I could be cut up

So I was walking down the sidewalk and it was so thrilling and terrifying, knowing that at any moment any driver could just mow me down, any passerby could sneak up on me from behind and crack my head open with a claw hammer, slice me up with a knife or chop me to pieces with an axe.

At least I know I'm safe because I have to jump through dozens of bureaucratic hoops in hopes that the powers that be, _might_ graciously allow me to legally buy a gun to defend myself.

Not like criminals would _ever_ break the law to acquire a gun illegally anyways, amirite?

I don't understand the issue....I was shooting 12 gauge single shot shotguns when I was 10 years old. Grew up in a very rural community and went rabbit and squirrel hunting with my father and uncles all the time. Was hunting by my self when I was 12.

Comment on those first few thoughts she put out there...I hope she realizes on the street nearly every male also has the ability to unleash deadly force hand to hand without a weapon. It's part of the reason why more women should carry and be informed rather than be ignorant on a subject and tool that can save their life or the lives of others.

Yes of course - you can make a non-chalant joke about shooting another man, yet the law abiding polite 70 year old who was at the gun range is the problem right? - unbelievable. The fkn audacity. Lady - the ONLY person in the range at that time who was dangerous, was you. Guaranteed.
