I think you should select slab on grade for any room which on ground level. The option floor above unconditioned space is for floor which is above a space/room which is not conditioned.

normally we calculate by thumb rule is 120 square feet =1 ton . but this software doing calculation 360 square feet =0.9 ton is it how much correct ?please answer .
