Hewg's story is truly a tragic one. A man who chose his duty and his faith over his comfort, the Smithing Master Hewg.
He really felt remorse cuz of Marika.

This is Smith Master Hewg:
- He doesn't ask stupid questions
- He is a devout man of faith
- His devotion is to kill the gods that pollute this land by forging god-slaying weapons
- He relishes in seeing the Tarnished succeed in killing the demigods and gods with his crafts, but does not boast in the glory, for it belongs to the Tarnished

Be more like Hewg.

I swear, when Hewg said that Roderika wanting to interact with him was "too good to be true", manly tears were running down my face, her and the tarnished were probably the only people that cared for him in a long time.

Master Hewg deserves a questline where he’s freed from the chains. And there’d still be the anvil for upgrading needs.

personally the thing that made this moment so much more sad is because he goes from "I took you for dead", eventually to "I knew you'd be back", and then after you make so much progress, gain his trust that you'll always come out alive, he forgets who you are, forgets everyone that finally treated him with respect

Nah this is good but...what really sent me ( I cried forreal) was what he’d said before this:

“I can’t hold on much longer. I’m going the way of the R-roundtable...It was a great honor to smith your weapons during my time here. Allow me to c-call you this, just once, before it ends. My lord, f-for that is what you are.”

Hewg is the homie. Another one that gets me is when you take on the Frenzied Flame from the three fingers. Melina disowning you is bad enough, but then her voice when she says goodbye to Torrent is like 😭😭😭
