you can make a much simpler version that faster and more controllable, make a T shape like this

using ice, place a hinge with the yellow part up, stand on the yellow and place 2 glue block on you.(also make sure to unanchor)

There is a easier way but you need butter blocks you make a + with the butter blocks place a hinge in the middle stand on it and place two butter blocks on your player and there you go
