N = 360 (12 months x 30 Years)
I/Y (rate) = .46 (5.5% / 12mo)
Payment = 1, 500 (per the guys suggestion)
FV = 0 (paid off)
Compute for PV ≈ 260k
.80x = 260k
Home value (x) = 325k (20% down and borrow 260k for mortgage)
Please point me to where I can get a home for 325k within a decent commute of the city to keep my job. Thanks.

A home is a liability and by the time you’ve paid of the mortgage you’d pay double the sell price making it a pointless investment. I’d rather rent and put a $100 monthly investment into the SPY ETF for 30yrs…then celebrate 🎉

Optionality isn't really a word. It's option or options.

Like the dolts that say comfortability. It's comfort. Also, business douches, you didn't send an invite. You send an invitation. Invite is a verb. You don't say 'what's the ask?' It's 'what's the request?' Trying make a verb into a noun isn't cool. You sound illiterate.
