Random comment for a dunk video, but the mobility on his shoulders while dunking is crazy, the way he brings the ball back on his tomahawks and the motion he gets on his windmills is insane.  Oh, and his hops are crazy haha

I have watched this video thousands of times and can not get enough of that last dunk...so nasty. Kwe was such a beast sad his college career didn't go that well until towards end started to improve. Still one of my favorite dunkers to watch and was a sophomore lol!!!! Half man half amazing (air canada) still the best dunker ever!!!

This is how the body works.  It accommodates your mind.  Whatever your mind decides to do, the body will accommodate it.  This is why you have people dunking at 5'5, 5'7, and 5'9"  the body will not accept failure unless the mind is pre-set to fail.  Keep jumping the brain sends signals throughout the body and puts it on notice that you need to jump higher.  As you eat and sleep, youR body then aligns and redesigns itself to accommodate.  in about a year's time (for some 2 years), you will touch rim, then grab rim, then ball to rim (missing of course), then ball barely in, then soft dunking, finally hard dunks (windmills) BUT ITS FIRST STARTS IN THE MIND.

I could watch this all day here in my VA Hospital bed. This makes me smile because I was 6'1 and could two hand dunk, but NEVER through the legs.
