My school nurse (in the 2000s in Scotland) was morbidly obese, like comically obese. She would teach health classes and tell students that she would judge us for picking up bad habits like drinking and smoking whilst knowing she smoked 2 packs a day and drank heavily. On top of this she would berate anyone who enjoyed soda whilst she was never seen without Irn Bru (Scottish soda), and would tell everyone we MUST follow a healthy diet or else “you’ll get fat”. Same woman did NOT have a healthy diet, but never seemed to understand the sheer irony of her preaching to a bunch of ruthless teenagers when she herself didn’t follow any of her own advice.

So naturally she was the perfect school nurse and health class teacher.
