Hey, i’m using this controller. But remote is not working. I guess it’s not matched. So, how can i match are you know? It’s writing on user manual like: “long press lock button for 5 secs and match the controller id and remote id” but not working. There is no any response.

Is I possible to have a portable power supply for this (for a helmet project) the controller is compact and will work great for what I need, if anyone knows if this will work over, say a USB power supply (need 5v for the matrix) then that would be nice.

How use more than 7 static colors? I want use other static colors how as with simple controllers of 5050 4pin strip.

I got a light for a gift and came with this controller. Turned it on and was working....I think I hit the w button or the lock button and it just went all white and now controller doesnt even work. What to do?

Can you save your favorite modes with this controller? I love having all the modes but hate having to cycle through all of them every time if I decide to look for another mode.

I saw in the instructions you can adjust the number of pixels, what does that mean ??

This only works up to 300 led's consistently. I've tried 450 led's not to good. With one Pwr. Supply. (WS2811 or WS2812B).
