Party Ribs with a hot honey glaze.

These are basically ribs that are cut individually before you smoke them so they get seasoning, smoke and bark all the way around.

Here are the ingredients for the Hot Honey Glaze.
    •    1 cup Honey  
    •    3 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    •    2 Chili De Arbols
    •    1 Sliced Fresh Jalapeño 
    •    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
    •    1 tbsp Water – Add water to control the thickness.
