I have always said that Mei depends on Kiana, but Kiana does not depend on mei, it has always been like this, at the moment a Mei without her Kiana is an empty Mei or someone who has had part of her soul cut off and so in Star Rail it is a depressing aspect. I hope they do true name reveals, so if you play FGO some of the servants basically got their name hidden by alias even their noble phantasm ( ult name ).

But after clearing the main story related to their section and finding out their name, the whole profile is changed into their true name and their noble phantasm also got revealed.
