guys the overconsumption isn't really that bad. The toothpaste is a little excessive, but you have to buy a new one at some point anyway, so what's that issue with having two in your drawer at the same time? Pretty much everyone has that amount of hair elastics as well. Also, idk if y'all are just men or smth but you have to change tampons and heating pads. They don't last forever. Like the toothpaste, you have to get new ones eventually. The skincare spreading products and spatulas usually come WITH products, so she's not likely going out and buying eight of them.
