My dad would pick me up every day from preschool with this song playing in his Mini Cooper, and every bad thing that ever happened to me then would melt away with the flow of the song. Ten years have passed since I last heard this song, and now my dad's far away from me. Playing this reminds me of those better times as a carefree soul, not thinking about losing my father...

I remember Coldplay... i used to drive my car at night and listen to this song. I could, and still can feel every part of this song. This song was and still is for me one of their best. Sad and warm, somehow could cry while listen it, and be motivated for what is coming next in my life. This song gives me some kind od peace and love, I dont know how to explain.

My brother used to play this song and I always used to go to his room and just chill and listen to music with him. He had all the best soundtracks and movies...life was so simple back then, we would just dream of leaving the house...its weird how music brings back so much emotions and memories

Still a great opener after all those years. When I bought 'Parachutes' back in 2001 (on vinyl...) I never thought that this band would get the status of one of the most successful and biggest bands of the next decades - even though you could already see great potential in them.

I love it how he is so optimistic about the world being alright and how beautiful the world is. But as he gets further in and finally at the end his voice sounds like he is losing hope as he realises what were doing to the world. So realistic. So relevant to the now.

I might not be the biggest biggest Coldplay fan, they have some iconic tracks such as Yellow, Clocks and Viva. But Don't Panic is a great song from start to finish and it is one of their best produced songs, it just sounds great just so raw with perfect chord progression F, Am, C, F, then Dm Am and that lovely signature clean electric with delay. Glad it is part of most of their live sets.

This will always be my favourite Coldplay song. I can NEVER get enough of it. I started listening to Coldplay while I was going through some real depressing times and this song became my alarm. I woke up every morning with a smile on my face and while I was walking down the hallways of hell, this song played throughout my head. It kept me up, now every time I feel my depression trigger, I immediately put my headphones on and blast Don't Panic.And like I said before, I just can't get enough of it
