Is there a search function on the X5ii? If i remember correctly on the first generation Fiio X5 there wasn't a function where you can search for a track individually.

I am planing to buy RHA t20 IEMs, I am using HTC one M8 as my audio source with ATH M50x.
Should I go for Fiio X3K (2nd Gen) DAP with RHA t20 or stick to M8.

Please also recommend a better buy when compared to RHA t20 if there is any.

hey Sayantan...I appreciate the efforts you put in making the videos. Thanks.
However, just a small observation that in most of the reviews your primary focus/time seems to be concerning the build, UI etc. IMO is should be more about the quality of the music first and then everything else. In the above video for example out of 32 minutes, the discussion on package, quality, case, UI etc. lasts for almost 24 minutes after which the real review begins.

Does it still have the 4000 song limit of the previous player? This was because the file system for SD cards was Fat32, which has a 4000 file limit. If so it's still useless to me.

Sayantan when I connect my fiio x5 to my android phone it shows 48.0kHz/24bit...is 192 kHz/24bit not available via USB dac... actually I'm using apple music which just got hi res audio...ohh I'm using android 11. (k20pro) redmi

hey mate, have been using fiio x5 2nd gen paired with fiio E12a and with my seinheiser hd8, I love it and would highly recommend them, but I want to upgrade to a better Hi res player with Bluetooth[Please don't say Sony they are worst player on the market] let me know your opinion as I use my Hires player half-day in the gym with wireless headphone. thank u

The volume button problem is annoying. It's basic functionality like that which should be taken for granted. It shouldn't be a problem for such an expensive player. :O And a jog-wheel for all controls is mind-blowing. :P I really like the look of the FiioX# range but, egh, some of the design choices are ridiculous. Gonna look for a different player.

If you get a chance, there is an artist by the name of Anup Sastry, he has a lot of FLAC versions of his music. I would greatly appreciate how his music would sound on these devices. I am debating whether to get the Fiio X5 or the Fiio X3. I currently have an iPhone 6, and honestly really like the sound I get from it. I heard very good instrument separation, however, yes I don't use the standard Apple Earpods that came with the iPhone.. I use the Sony XBA1's and Sony XBA2's.. I want to step up to the Sony XBA4's but I feel I would need to step up to a dedicated DAC player such as one of the Fiio variants in order to get the full effect. In fact, I have heard very good things about the Fiio X1.. if you can let me know your opinion, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much in advance.
