For those who don't know it:
The number they say (0.003) is the money spotify artist receive per stream. They decided this after an agreement with Universal, so that refers to the lyric "Girl call Universal, you're about to be a star"
In general the theme of the song is very critical against the music industry, espacially against not mentioning the names of ghost writers.
Edgar Allan Poe was an American writer (That tried to make ends meet with it). They're singing "There's a ghost in my body", meaning they're possessed by him and that he is literally ghost writing this song.

"Who The Hell Is Edgar?" deserved to be in the top 5 at the very least, but Europe just decided to sleep on this masterpiece.
