What counter-offensive? Even Zelensky said yesterday that there wasn't enough weapons arrived to start any offensive, counter or otherwise. Couple that with the fact Russian forces have destroyed or captured stockpiles of weapons, ammo etc. and the counter-offensive looks like it's not going to happen.
