In my view reservation should be given for 3 generations of family members as all the communities in SC ST OBC were socially and economically backward since 1000 yrs. just one person getting reservation benifit does not make them creamy layer all of a sudden other communities (so called upper castes were socially accepted economically stable since generations)after if 3 generations of family members have taken benifit of reservation then there reservation should be converted to creamy layer and in coming future there development should be such that reservation system would not be necessary.

Can a person qualified as a state pcs oficer or a Central officer selected through UPSC, apart from from IAS /IPS, thinking of attempting the exam to claim IAS/IPS (topmost Ranking jobs), be eligible for reservation in such terms, if he gives another attempt to claim relaxations under the Reserved category ?

creamy layer तो फिर भी समझ मे आता है, लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट का ज्यादा तर intrest sub categorisation मे ज्यादा दिख रहा है, यही intrest EWS के Subcatogorisation मे भी होगा क्या🤔
फिर तो EWS मे भी sub categorisation होगा, जैसे ब्राह्मण को 2%, बनीया को 2%, श्रत्रिय को 2% और मुस्लिम को 2% और अन्य को 2% आरक्षण मीलेंगा😇
