I've only recently discovered ginger beer as a mixer, and I bet it would be great with this! Cranberry juice, muddled with fresh mint... Sounds wonderful to me.

I've mixed cranberry juice with gingerale and it's very good. If you want less sugar you can use club soda and add a pinch of ginger powder.
