As a foreign student of Wuhan University, i tell you Wuhan has a lot of French people, Taxis of entire Wuhan city were "Citroen" at least until 2012, our teaching hospital Zhongnan Hospital had French and Chinese written everywhere without any English, the Hospital i heard was inagurated by some French politician and has ties with France. Here France 24 talks like they don't know Wuhan. Wuhan is in central China and people there are cute, there is no aggression at all in their bodies and spirit, a safe city with no crimes or violence anywhere.
