I’ve come to the conclusion recently as well. I got all hyped up by the AAA guru’s but I realised I’m not a programmer. I am more of a marketer and graphics guy.. So my plan is to start a hybride agency where mostly it will be WaaS, ads etc, and also offer basic chatbot service that can handle leads, bookings or faq.

What are your thoughts about that? Also, if you could start over, what businessmodel would you choose?

Yeah I agree, you need to be really excited by and proficient with ai to even think about stepping into that space. Running an ads agency is much easier.

Came across this and am curious to hear your thoughts…with services such as implementing chatbots being self-teachable and Microsoft Azure offering pre-built models you can use to offer services while building your skill set and knowledge on ai and associated services, why wouldn’t an AAA be something enticing? As someone who admittedly has no programming experience, AI and learning how GPT’s work and operate isn’t as daunting as it initially seems but it is a lot. I’m looking to use my M.S in digital strategy/marketing and offer some services as an ai agency but also marketing with/without ai assistance/tools
