Honestly when I went to a family member’s wedding recently they played a game where couples wrote answers about their spouse’s favorite things, and my aunt and uncle who have been married for like 38 years or something didn’t win, and my cousin and his wife won. He’s their son, lol, and he’s been married for like 9 years. His mom guessed his dad’s favorite food wrong as well. When she heard his answer she said “How?? I literally only cooked that for you like one time!” So this video is silly. You can be married forever and still not know things about your spouse that seem like things you should know. Wether it’s because tastes change, or you don’t care enough to find out certain things, it doesn’t make much of a difference. My husband’s favorite comfort food is also Mexican food, but I’m Ukrainian, and mine is soup, so I have yet to start making any Mexican food every week. It’s probably my 3rd or 4th favorite. I definitely prefer food from my culture as well as Asian food over Mexican. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Plus too much beans and spicy food makes us both stuck on the toilet.
