The most obvious difference I see that does create a lift is how you concealed shadows around your mouth, the differances is insane! I have the same issue which gives a dropping sad mouth look and I just love how you did that!

I would love to be able to do makeup like this but I don't have the patience to really learn. I just do small changes, highlight a few places, and use neutral shades to brighten or add depth. I love a brown eyeshadow for my crease and a dirt orange under my brow. But this is one of the best tutorials I've seen.
