They have "holiday visas, they're still working, but they're kind of illegal" - well empathized point actually. It's true so many people are working like this, because they just don't know how to do and how to handle the bureacracy of EU. Most of countries are so complicated with visas, type of working visas that it makes it more and more difficult for people to apply or bother with it. So they just let it be and keep working on "holiday, tourist visas". But ESTONIA is shaping the mentaliy, is carving and changing all this freedom and opening the stupid world of bureacracy to new modern way of thinking, working, freedom. Go Estonia, I'm glad you had to be a pioneer on this, there was about the time somebody really had to change and be first to do it. Estonia understood the point of pointless visas purpose, long before any other country did. I have had many world traveling, working experiences in many countries and it's so silly senseless this thing with visas, security, stamps, bullocks. Not imporant to complicate tihngs for people who just need to work and can demonstrate they're basically independent. Just give them the freedom to work and make their own living. Why is it so complicated to understand for any damn world bureacracy of visas/permits frustrations and number limitations. Leave people free to work and live wherever they want, then nobody needs to move anywhere out of desperation to get some "social, asylum, refugee money". They'll earn it themselves if you give them the chance of freedom.
