I read on CNBC about someone who is netting $20k a month from just his tradings in the market, which is from capital he had amassed long ago. That is incredible. How do people do that?

Great job in seeing the value in this property and executing your vision. But for those wondering, this is only possible because his family is already wealthy.. For a 25 year to save $150k cash, get approved for a $700k line of credit, AND a $400k construction loan is impossible under normal circumstances. You would need an extremely wealthy co-signer and something very valuable to use as collateral for the bank.

Zoning - Most places won't allow 5-6 homes on a single piece of property without subdividing. This particular piece of land doesn't have any zoning requirements which makes it unique - At least unique that it doesn't have those requirements and is so close to a large city. None the less its a great idea - Congrats

Around $250, 000 was made when I sold my flat in Rochester. That's why I was upset when my standard savings account yielded only $171 in interest. It was suggested to me to buy stocks after I conducted some study. Which stocks would be a good place to start?

I cannot get plans approved in a year and this guy built the whole thing in 9 1/2 months? I’m an architect and builder as well.

The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.

You’re not completely honest- click bait- there are several tiny homes on the property and it cost him a lot more than 140k to develop the whole property - couple million dollars.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to do this in Eastman, GA. I think I can get the property and house done for $100k. Not much to do in the area, but it's gonna be an A-frame house, and I think people will love that! Looking forward to making about $10k a week.

Great video! For 2023, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.

This guy is the perfect balance of humble and hyper motivated. I love how efficiently he runs his business. He avoids key person risk at every turn. Super motivating for me as an Airbnb super host myself. Great video!

I see the cabin is 307 per night, that's 112, 000 per year. It's hardly booked and has only 13 reviews. The number's don't add up.

This is nothing to do with money or investing this persons secret is hospitality, he’s a natural host, he knows exactly the experience that he wants to give and exactly what it’s worth.

The issue is that either the renter or the owner must in some way pay insurance and property taxes if they want a "permanent roof" with utilities like electricity, gas and water. Because of this, many people at least in California, where I currently reside are living in tents. No taxes, rent, mortgages, or insurance. The number of people who tell me they live in their car that I meet amazes me. Its crazy out here!

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, As bad as it is, this creates good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king.

So the title should read "THESE SEVEN Airbnb homes make $550k a year"

I mean when you have the kind of backing that some of these young "entrepreneurs" have, the story becomes less of a business success story and more like a charitable donation from your folks story.
