well I guess ya could say he's the real tsukasa and the fake one in the same time, bcs while eating the demon/evil spirit is eating poor tsukasa's humanity I think it also means them merging into one.. so that's why the tsukasa we know has a personality like that his personality to love his brother is still there so the demon/evil spirit didn't took over tsukasa yet maybe ya could say it didn't get to finish it's curse bcs tsukasa died in a young age... so it only took over him half that's why he's love for he's brother is there and care for his comrades too.. poor tsukasa..
