They mean "AN Historic" poor ignorant sods. I stayed there as a guest about 35 years slightly less. They have changed it around a lot. The dining room at 0:43+ used to have an enormous refectory dining table running right down the middle of it about 30 feet long. That's the pigeon shoot at 0:58. A pretty barren and miserable place but great if you are with a party of friends, as I was. The housekeeper, who shall remain nameless, had been the housekeeper to Mohamed Al-Fayed who owned Harrods in London...and no, she did not have anything 'interesting to say' as she was extremely professional and a pleasure to chat with.
