I am a Physical Education Estudent in Porto Alegre, I always like to dance and, when watching your classes, choreographies, the chosen songs I signed up for you channel, because it was exactly what I was looking for. His classes are frun, cheerful wich encorages us to do aerobic activities in the best way, dancing!!! Because I Love to Dance, but I have resistance about bodybuilling ( devices), but with your videos I started to like and admire the midality that combines Dance with physical exercises. Love, Love, Love your workouts. You make them fun, even know at 69 I can't keep up, I have fun trying. You are so full of energy and make exercise fun. I also love your hula hoop workouts. Thanks for keeping it fun.
