In some of the Teams, BA is the PO. Would love to hear more about the differences between BA, BSA & PO role. Sounds like a good item to add to your backlog :)?

I understand how the BA can be of help to the team when defining the solution needed to reach the sprint goal. But what about the work that is outside the scope of the sprint goal (i.e. process mapping, business documentation, etc.) that is usually needed for future sprint/task? If 25% of the BA's time is spent toward the achievement of the sprit goal and the rest is to prepare future stuff, is he/she still part of the team or is it better to consider him/her like a stakeholder?

The fact that this is a question shows how far agile still has to go in freeing us from the tyranny of the techocentric mind.
