I just phoned my local new and used bookstore (the Bookman) and they pre-ordered two copies of your new book for me. I can just pick it up when it comes. Lots of time for a Christmas gift for my daughter and one for me.

I'm looking forward to your thoughts on Entangled Life. I've read some of it, and find it absolutely incredible and mind blowing. It has really intrigued me to finding out more about the weird world of fungi.

A new elmer book! for some reason this has absolutely delighted me! Also very excited to say that my library request for 'the beginning of the world in the middle of the night' is coming in soon after a long, long wait. Cat Step has caught my interest and so has Amos Tutuola's work and Tell Me I'm Worthless! Always a delight to see what you are planning on reading. I keep trying to get into poetry after seeing you recommendations but I just can't seem to connect to any work yet but I'll keep trying. Hope you have a lovely day.

Oh I adored Mrs Death Misses Death and I don't see enough people talking about it. I did almost dnf very early on and oh am I glad I didn't. I borrowed it from the library, but definitely want a copy of my own now 😍

I need to get my hands on Pilgrim’s Bell!! The last book I bought was Fever Dream - I was hoping to squeeze it in for women in translation month but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to 😂

I have seen Mrs March around but have not bought it yet, I have read some hyped books recently and did not like them as much as I thought I would, I think I will wait for your review.
