For reference on the range. In the Marines—where everyone is at least a basically trained rifleman—no one even qualifies at 130 yards. Qualification _begins_ at 200 yards, and out to 500 using a weapon similar to the shooter's. 130 yards is a nothing shot. Every sober Marine can make that shot, scope or not.

The big question she did not want to answer is "How many shell casings were on the roof?" - her refusal to answer the question suggests that there are fewer shell casings on the roof than gun shots fired.... once this answer comes out to the public there will be many more questions.
