Jussie Smollett released from Cook County Jail during appeal

Jussie Smollett was released from jail Wednesday after an appeals court agreed with his lawyers that he should be free pending the appeal of his conviction for lying to police about a racist and homophobic attack.

This guy really thinks this is some sort of a game and that's why when he loses this case again on appeal I hope prosecutors do what they should've done and ask the judge to sentence him much more harshly. Also, I wish the Feds could figure out a way to prosecute him too for them having to spend time and resources on his lie and for making an already racially charged country even more dangerous.
