It isn't up to the judge how they arrange his security, that is down to the Secret Service and the prison authorities, or possibly the Federal Marshalls if they put him in a court cell. I am absolutely sure they already have this worked out because it is a strong possibility and the Secret Service's job is to plan ahead for possible situations.
