The concept of YouTube Music Awards is great but there's one thing that bums me: winners are decided by votes. In other words, YouTubers with millions of subscribers like LindseySterling are going to have a huge advantage over competition, particularly much smaller and less well-known YouTubers who could really benefit from winning something like this. This should be a talent vote, not a popularity vote.
