They violate their resource speakers (RS) constitutional rights, rights to remain silence & even invoking self-incriminations. If their resource speaker answers to their questions differ from their personal view, they scold them telling a LIE & cite in contempt. Also they're off track query not related to their resolution, always made allegations. They act as prosecutor, PNP & NBI. We encourage the resource speaker should file legal charges against Quad Committee & Senators for violations; bullying, harassments, discriminations, intimidations, mental abuse, emotional abuse, social bullying & violations of privacy. The Quad committee & Senators should be cite in contempt by the Filipino people.
