I guess we'll have to take the law literally when it says in legalese that the right to travel should not be infringed upon and if not engaged in commercial activities an engaged in commerce I don't actually need a driver's license.
I think it's a good idea to have a driver's license but the law doesn't require it if you're not engaged in commerce.
We are allowed to travel from place to place in the conveyance of the day.
