The thing people need to understand is ripple will release RLUSD on the private XRPL first, and then on public after a certain period. So the price on the private will rise but not on the public one.

The digital dollar is going to be USDC, which is from the company Circle. It is already on 8 or so blockchains. USDC has a max supply of 18.5 trillion which aligns exactly with the current US dollar money supply (M2). 98% of all USDC is on ALGORAND! Not XRP.
