okay, so this lady built a media empire. first time ive heard he speak. ive never let any accent fool me. with a strong accent and slow speaking tone, sometimes sounds like she cant pronounce the words shes saying, she actually has a very advanced vocabulary masked in all that. then when you really listen to what shes saying, shes very smart and knows how to build a successful business that scales. my take from this is delegation, if i dont interfere it means you are in the green light. wow. i can also tell she is a tough one, probably ice queen.lol

I have a love/hate relationship with my phone. I don't think I'm addicted to my phone. I'm addicted to information. I binge listen to your be videos. But 99 percent of what I listen to is self development content so I'm perfectly ok with that. I used YouTube to heal myself from anxiety and depression. That's a good thing.

Our phones update to the wifi towers throughout the night. What few are talking about is how these signals can disrupt REM. It's IMO being covered up or somehow overlooked.
